Client needs assistance sorting out issues concerning an existing solo 401-k plan. 

Concerns: Proper original setup and on-going service. 

Can anyone help? 

Please provide your recommendation.

Just not enough there to make any cogent suggestions or know what the issues are.  Probably  needs a phone conversation.

I've had quite a bit of experience reviewing these and fixing them when there was an error in set up.  I'm on the West Coast; not sure where your client is located?
