I know ACP is required but assume there must be more testing (benefits rights and features?). What would the testing be which must be performed in addition to ACP? Thanks! CuseFan Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Each separate matching schedule must pass BRF testing (which can be done by satisfying the safe harbor nondiscriminatory classification ratio percentage of the average benefits test).
