Willis Towers Watson Appoints Peter Gundy to Its Rewards Business

Issued by Willis Towers Watson

May 19, 2021

ARLINGTON, VA — Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW), a leading global advisory broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Peter Gundy as managing director in its Rewards business. He will serve as strategic advisor to clients, leading and delivering large engagements, plus be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivery of work across the spectrum of the company’s Work & Rewards businesses.

Gundy is based in Connecticut and will report to Adrienne Altman, head of North America, Rewards. “We’re delighted to welcome Peter back to Willis Towers Watson,” said Altman. “He has a tremendous track record of consulting, business development and thought leadership on rewards issues, which makes him a perfect fit for the role.”

Gundy rejoins the company from Nissan Motor Company, Limited, where he led its global Total Rewards. While there, Gundy supported the Board of Director’s Compensation Committee and provided leadership on global compensation and benefits across the company’s geographical regions. Prior to Nissan, he served Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards business for 14 years. Gundy is a graduate of the Yale School of Management and Rutgers college.
