Holland & Knight Adds Executive Compensation Attorney Eric Rubin in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Executive compensation attorney Eric Rubin has joined Holland & Knight's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group as a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office. He previously was a partner at Dechert LLP.

Mr. Rubin advises clients on a variety of executive compensation matters, including mergers, acquisitions and public offerings; design and implementation of equity, phantom equity, incentive and deferred compensation arrangements; executive compensation disclosure requirements; 409A compliance and corrections; golden parachute analysis; and employment and severance arrangements.

He also provides counsel on qualified retirement plan issues, including plan design, operation and termination, IRS audits and compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. His clients include publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as individual executives and management teams.
