TIAA Named One of '70 Innovative Companies Leading on Leave in 2021'

TIAA has been included in the National Partnership for Women & Families’ 70 companies that are leading the way on family leave practices and policies. The firm was named among leaders with parental leave policies of at least 12 weeks that have no distinction between primary and secondary caregivers, and which include adoptive parents.
