DPL Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Some plan sponsors are getting calls from former participants who receive SSA letters about benefits they may be due. But these participants are born in the 1970s!! Anyone else hearing the same thing?
RatherBeGolfing Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 so people in their 40s? Thats a new one for me.
Lou S. Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Maybe they applied for social security disability? Maybe the Plan Sponsor has bad dates of birth? But yeah seems odd.
Bri Posted July 22, 2021 Posted July 22, 2021 As a proud Gen-Xer, I gotta take issue with the daily digest directing me here with a headline that this was affecting "millennials".... 😁 Bill Presson and RatherBeGolfing 2
ESOP Guy Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 Is the system smart enough to know I am a boomer and not give me that section? I looked for it after I read the comment and couldn't find out what he was talking about. Still funny comment.
