June 20, 2005 Excerpt: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued guidance requiring group health plan sponsors that offer prescription drug coverage to provide notices of creditable or non-creditable prescription drug coverage to Medicare-eligible plan participants and beneficiaries.
