Cook & Co. research on practices at the 250 largest U.S. companies. Key findings from the Frederic W. Cook & Co. 2006 Top 250 report include the following: The prevalence of long-term incentive grant types continue to change (including a shift away from stock options towards restricted stock and performance awards), but at a slower pace than last year.
