Excerpt: I analyzed the many myths about the Cadillac tax in an earlier post, but I'm coming back to the subject for two reasons. First, commentators continue to misrepresent the effect that the tax will have, and secondly, it seems that as negotiations come down to the wire, media myths are carrying the day.
