Excerpt: The Kaiser Family Foundation has updated its interactive side-by-side health reform comparison tool to reflect the legislation (H.R. 4872, The Health Care & Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010) developed for consideration in the House of Representatives, with a vote scheduled as soon as Sunday. The new legislation is based on the bill passed by the Senate in December and incorporates elements from the House-passed bill and changes sought by the Obama administration. The online tool allows users to quickly compare the latest legislation with the previously passed House and Senate bills, as well as 11 other comprehensive reform proposals that have been put forward during the yearlong debate.
