[Guidance Overview] Sept. 8, 2011 The Ninth Circuit affirmed the grant of a preliminary injunction ... against the State of Arizona, requiring it to continue to provide workers in same sex intimate relationships the employee benefits provided to employees in opposite sex intimate relationships.
