"With the legal uncertainty surrounding the Affordable Care Act now settled, ERIC urges policymakers to continue focusing on cost containment that does not simply result in artificial cost reductions and the shifting of costs from one payer to another. ERIC's members are committed to, and known for, providing high quality affordable health care for their employees and their families. Employers, however, do not have unlimited resources to spend on health care.
