"U.S. consumers perceive a complex, wasteful health care system, sensing a lack of value for what is spent. Satisfaction is low in 2012 (22 percent), but it may be improving (up from 16 percent in the previous year). Consumers are critical of the performance of the health care system with only 1 in 3 consumers surveyed giving the system a favorable report card grade, but that is also higher than in previous years."
