Nov. 14, 2012 "The Senior Protection Plan proves that it is possible to produce substantial savings, as scored by the Congressional Budget Office, without harming beneficiaries. All told, the plan would produce federal savings in excess of $385 billion over 10 years. In addition to the plan's savings, its tax policies related to health care would generate up to $100 billion over 10 years.
