Initial Bronze Plan Filings Reveal Higher Out-of-Pocket Costs

June 18, 2013 "Based on a review of 9,727 health plans in the current individual and family health insurance market, copayments were the most common form of cost-sharing for doctor visits and they averaged $28. In comparison, doctor visit copayments average $41 for Bronze Plans within the rate filings, an increase of 46% over current levels.
