[Guidance Overview] July 10, 2014 "[E]ven with the repeal of the employer provisions, the requirement that residents of Massachusetts either have coverage that satisfies the minimum creditable coverage (MCC) standards or pay a penalty will continue.... The maximum individual penalty in 2014 is $1,104.
