Health Care Survey of Employers: Changes Ahead in 2015

Sept. 19, 2014 "Employers estimate that 2015 health care costs will increase by 4% after changes to medical and pharmacy plan designs, vendors, provider networks or other features. Eight in 10 companies (81%) plan to make moderate to significant changes to health benefit programs for full-time active workers. Two-thirds of CEOs and CFOs will be more directly involved in health care strategy decisions than they were three to five years ago to help control costs and reduce exposure to the 2018 excise tax."
