"Lockheed Martin Corp. agreed to the provisional settlement of a $1.3 billion lawsuit by workers who claimed the Bethesda-based defense contractor mismanaged their retirement benefit plans, soaking them with fees while depriving participants of returns on company stock at least equal to those of investors on the open market.
