The percentage of people without health insurance coverage decreased sharply between 2013 and 2014 by just under 3.0 percentage points, specifically, by 2.9 percentage points ... The CPS ASEC uninsured rate, which represents the percentage of the population who had no health insurance coverage during the entire year, changed from 13.3 percent in 2013 to 10.4 percent in 2014."
