Text of Amicus Brief of 46 U.S. Representatives Supporting Challenge to ACA Under Constitution's Origination Clause (PDF)
U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Tex, and 45 Other Members of the U.S. House of Representatives Link to more items from this source
Dec. 3, 2015
34 pages. The Origination Clause is not a relic so easily subverted and discarded[.]" [Sissel v. HHS, No. 15-543 (D.C. Cir. Aug. 7, 2015; cert. pet. filed Oct. 26, 2015)]
