"After six years, the [ACA] has extended health care coverage to millions of people. But affordability problems remain, most prominently in the area of prescription drugs. Obamacare left the pharmaceutical industry largely unregulated while requiring it to pay for some of the law's increased drug coverage.... Drug spending spiked recently, hitting $457 billion in 2015.
