"The Ordinance will take effect on July 1, 2017 ... With limited exceptions, the Ordinance applies to all employers that employ at least one 'covered employee' in Chicago and: [1] maintain a business facility within the geographic boundaries of the city; or [2] are subject to at least one of the city's license requirements.
