New York State Paid Family Leave Benefits Law to Go Into Effect January 1, 2018

[Guidance Overview] Jan. 9, 2017 "Upon full implementation, New York employers will be required to provide all full-time and part-time employees who have been working for the employer for at least 6 months, up to 12 weeks of paid leave from work per year....
