600,000 Connecticut Residents Could Join State-Run Retirement Savings Plan

Aug. 29, 2017 "After a half-year-long delay in gathering enough members to get off the ground, the state's Retirement Security Authority met for the first time [August 24], with the task of setting up a new payroll deduction savings plan for as many as 600,000 residents who do not have traditional plans....
