Dec. 29, 2017 "This report summarizes the results of the Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) data submitted by health insurance companies to CMS for group and individual market health insurance coverage in 2016.... [T]hese health insurance companies paid approximately $447 million in rebates for 2016....
