Sept. 27, 2018 "[R]etirement-eligible participants who did not retire did not receive distributions.... [They then] filed a lawsuit alleging that its liquidation plan violated the ADEA.... [The Seventh Circuit] ruled that the disbursement of the plan's assets was valid ... because voluntary retirement incentives are permissible under the ADEA.
