Kentucky Launches Probe Into Drug Overcharges by Pharmacy Benefit Managers

Mar. 22, 2019 "[Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear is] seeking details on how PBMs have determined, billed and paid drug reimbursement rates over the past five years in Kentucky ...
