"This Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) addresses the auditor's responsibility to form an opinion on the financial statements of employee benefit plans (EBPs) subject to [ERISA].... This SAS applies to audits of single employer, multiple employer, and multiemployer plans subject to ERISA....
