Ninth Circuit Enforces Pension Fund's New Interpretation of Plan In-Service Distribution Rules

Oct. 11, 2019 "On appeal, the Ninth Circuit held that the Trustees' new interpretation based on the IRS guidelines was not unreasonable or an abuse of discretion ...
