Ohio Attorney General Sues Express Scripts to Recoup Alleged Prescription Overcharges

July 16, 2020 "The suit, filed on behalf of the Ohio Highway Patrol Retirement System, seeks to recover unspecified damages from Express Scripts, which had been the PBM for HPRS' health plans since 2010. 'This particular PBM egregiously charged for services it didn't deliver,' [Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost] said. 'Its repeated breaches cost Ohioans millions, and we want our money back.'
