May 18, 2021 "For 2021 the deadline will be August 2, instead of the usual July 31 deadline, since the 31st falls on a Saturday.... The fee is $2.66 per covered life for plan years that ended on or after October 1, 2020 (including calendar year plans). For plan years that ended on or after January 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020, the fee is $2.54 per covered life." |
