New York Expands Secure Choice Savings Program

[Guidance Overview] Nov. 12, 2021 "The New York Secure Choice Savings Program has been expanded to make automatic employee enrollment mandatory for certain employers. Covered employers must have payroll deposit savings arrangements to allow each employee to participate in the program. There is an option for employees to opt out of the program after being enrolled." |
