[Guidance Overview] Nov. 18, 2021 "Since the new rule requires covered plans and insurers to report data for prescription expenditures in 2020 and 2021 by December 27, 2022 and annually thereafter, covered plans and insurers will want complete the necessary arrangements to collect the data as soon as possible to minimize the cost and burdens of collecting and preparing the reports required at the end of the year." |
