[Guidance Overview] May 17, 2024 "Covered Entities will need to appoint a Section 1557 coordinator, implement policies and procedures, provide training, distribute and post notices containing specified content and provide auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities and to those with limited English proficiency.
