"The plaintiffs allege that the corporation breached its ERISA fiduciary duties by allowing excessive prescription drug prices within its health plan.... The lawsuit alleges that the corporation's health plan paid more than $6,000 for a 30-tablet supply of the generic multiple sclerosis drug teriflunomide.
