Latest IRS Listing of Required Modifications (LRM) Language is Now Available.
Courtesy of McKay Hochman Co., Inc., which obtained these from the IRS National Office yesterday, BenefitsLink is pleased to make available for downloading the following documents, which are in zipped Microsoft Word (Windows) format. These documents reflect the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code as amended through the Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-206). (Advanced users might wish to use the FTP links; the HTTP links are easier to use but might be slightly less reliable.)
