"Form, What Form?"

Some readers have reported that no "forms" appeared on the newsletter sent a few minutes ago, so they can't sign up for the new Welfare Plans Edition of the newsletter.
Murphy strikes again. Some email programs don't display "forms" properly, even though other HTML formatting works OK.
If your newsletter didn't have boxes to fill in or buttons to click on, please use this newsletter instead. I apologize for the trouble!
