"[The proposed] rules implementing Affordable Care Act provisions that would ensure consumers have access to two forms that will help them understand and evaluate their health insurance choices. These forms include: an easy to understand Summary of Benefits and Coverage; and a uniform glossary of terms commonly used in health insurance coverage such as 'deductible' and 'co-pay.'"

Verizon Tells Striking Workers It Plans to Suspend Benefits
"Workers at two unions that have called strikes will lose basic health-insurance, dental, vision and prescription-drug benefits, said Richard Young, a spokesman for the New York-based telephone company. Verizon stopped funding the workers' pensions when their former contract expired Aug. 6."
