California Teachers' Pension System Will Go Broke Within 30 Years, Audit Finds

American Benefits Council/Chamber of Commerce Amicus Brief in Griffin & Gardner v. Flagstar, et al, ERISA Stock Drop Claim (PDF)
"It is critical that the courts clearly articulate a standard that appropriately weeds out these claims, which tend to be filed automatically whenever a company's stock goes down, and this Court has previously done so through a presumption of prudence. This case presents an opportunity for the Court to reaffirm that presumption and is therefore of great interest to the members of the Council and the Chamber." (American Benefits Council)
