March 2, 2020 -- On February 29, Milan Havel joined the staff of the NCEO as our controller. Milan has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. He has worked for various not-for-profit organizations as a senior financial officer. He holds an MBA degree in accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and also a Ph.D. degree in organization and business management. Milan started as a controller at the NCEO in February 2020. His hobbies include hockey, reading, history, and a good game of chess. Milan lives with his family in the northern San Francisco Bay Area.
