March 30, 2020 -- In response to unprecedented economic turmoil created by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended our 401k loan and hardship withdrawal processing fees for retirement plan participants until April 30, 2020. We would challenge our fellow colleagues in the retirement plan industry to follow our lead in waiving certain transaction fees for plan participants during these difficult times.
