Mark Bodron Elected President of American College of Employee Benefits Counsel

HOUSTON, October 29, 2020  – Mark A. Bodron, an employee benefits and executive compensation partner in the Houston office of Baker Botts L.L.P., was elected president of The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC) on October 21, 2020.  He is the second Baker Botts partner to be elected president of the ACEBC. The College is dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public's understanding of the practice of employee benefits law. In pursuit of this goal, the College encourages the study and development of employee benefits laws. Fellows of the College have a minimum of 20 years of experience and are selected by the College's Board of Governors from among employee benefits attorneys nominated for that honor.
