We're pleased to announce that we and our affiliate company have officially registered as a Pooled Plan Provider with the U.S. Department of Labor and have signed off on America's first Pooled Employer Plan!

“The registration process for Pooled Plan Providers opened on November 25th and we were ready”, said The Platinum 401k’s CEO Terrance Power. “We submitted our filing along with a list of our first six Pooled Employer Plans. We will be doing additional filings over the next several weeks to include additional PEPs that involve Associations, 3(18) Investment Managers, broker dealers, and registered investment advisers across the United States.”

“This is a very exciting time to be in the retirement plan industry”, Power added.

Pooled Plan Provider services are offered through The Platinum 401k, Inc. and their affiliate Plan Compliance Services, Inc. (“PCS”). PCS has been providing 3(16) Plan Administrator services for 413(c) Multiple Employer Plans for over a decade.
