If a user enters their zip code and prescription details, the app will display how much the prescription costs at nearby pharmacies. Guidance and results will be more personalized with user-provided information regarding their location, prescriptions, and health insurance. These features help consumers choose a doctor, find cheaper pharmacy solutions based on location, see generic drug recommendations when applicable for additional savings, and more.

Benefits on the Go has additional self-service capabilities that allow consumers to:

• View account balances and transaction history
• Submit claims and upload supporting receipt documentation
• Pay bills and request reimbursements
• View and manage debit cards and PIN (Personal Identification Number)
• Receive real-time alerts and important account-related communications
• Update profile information
• Manage communications and reimbursement settings
• Utilize smartphone biometric verification technology
