Westminster asked clients one simple question. “How likely are you to recommend Westminster Consulting to colleagues and peers?” Westminster Consulting ranked in the 100th percentile relative to 20 industries compiled by Delighted, LLC (delighted.com/nps-benchmarks). NPS® is a rating ranging from -100 to +100. It is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. Promoters are those that responded with a score of 9 or 10. Detractors are those that responded with a score from 0 to 6.
