ATLANTA, GA – January 12, 2021 – OneDigital, the nation's leading strategic advisory firm focused on delivering health, retirement/wealth, and HR solutions for employers of all sizes, has acquired Area Financial Services, Inc., an employee benefits agency providing health and dental insurance, life insurance, long term care insurance, annuities and retirement plans located in Altoona, Wisconsin. The acquisition will serve as OneDigital's fourth Wisconsin office location and increase the firm's customer reach across the state.

The Area Financial Services, Inc. senior leadership team led by Brian Flynn, will be joining OneDigital as Principal, Senior Client Executives. Along with Flynn, four additional team members will make the transition to OneDigital. Operating under the OneDigital brand, the firm's approximately 500 group and individual clients will have access to OneDigital's premier services and capabilities.
