Ohio firm is the company’s fourth recent acquisition

HOUSTON – Definiti, a national retirement services firm, today announced the acquisition of Brewster & Brewster.

Brewster & Brewster manages the design and administration of 401(k) and defined benefit plans for organizations in Ohio and the surrounding region. For more than 20 years Brewster & Brewster has built a robust regional presence founded on responsive service, analytical precision and a cooperative approach to serving customers.

Brewster & Brewster is Definiti’s most recent addition, following the acquisitions earlier in 2020 of Merit Benefits Group, Capital Retirement Plan Services, and Boetger Retirement Plan Services. Definiti now serves more than 6,800 retirement plan clients across the United States. Brewster & Brewster will be rebranded to Definiti once the business integration is complete later this spring.
