Acquisition Expected To Add Approximately $6 Billion to OneDigital’s Assets Under Management

ATLANTA, GA – April 22, 2021 – OneDigital Investment Advisors, the registered investment advisor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of OneDigital, a leading strategic advisory firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes, has acquired Westminster Consulting, LLC.

The addition of Westminster Consulting will support OneDigital’s broader Retirement and Wealth division with streamlining fiduciary and investment consulting to defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

M&A consulting firm, Wise Rhino Group, represented Westminster Consulting in the transaction. Upon joining OneDigital, Westminster Consulting will operate under the registered investment advisory of OneDigital Investment Advisors—adding over 71 retirement plans, representing $6 billion in plan assets. Thomas Zamiara and Sean Patton, overseeing Westminster Consulting, will join OneDigital each as Senior Vice President of Retirement Services. The entire Westminster team will join OneDigital serving in adjacent roles from the home office in Rochester, NY and locations in Syracuse, NY, Princeton, NJ, and Great River, NY.
