Ryan Quillan Named Employee Benefits Regional VP for OneAmerica

Employee Benefits leader brings vast experience to further advance organizational growth

INDIANAPOLIS (May 17, 2021) — Ryan Quillan has joined the executive leadership team of Employee Benefits at OneAmerica® as regional vice president, sales and service.

Based in the company’s northern region, Quillan will oversee sales teams and account managers in key offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Michigan, Chicago and Colorado.

“Ryan is a great addition to the Employee Benefits division of OneAmerica and will be an integral influence as we continue to expand our reach,” said Steven Lynch, national vice president of sales and service, Employee Benefits at OneAmerica. “Leveraging his expertise, he and his teams will focus on cultivating the message about the importance of affordable paycheck protection and absence management solutions.”

Quillan has more than 25 years of experience in the group insurance industry and is known for developing strong working relationships with customers and internal partners, building teams and driving growth for organizations. Most recently, Quillan served as a partner and VP of Sales at a private insurance agency in Michigan. He also spent 10 years in senior leadership roles with Lincoln Financial Group’s Midwest sales region. There he established strong partnerships with his sales team, internal partners and brokers throughout the region.

Quillan got his start in the industry as a group sales representative after earning his bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University.
