OneDigital Acquires Fiduciary Plan Advisors

ATLANTA, GA – June 3, 2021 – OneDigital Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisor and wholly-owned subsidiary of OneDigital, the nation’s leading strategic advisory firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes, today announced it has acquired the assets of Fiduciary Plan Advisors (FPA).

This announcement is the most recent in a string of robust retirement and wealth management acquisitions including, Westminster Consulting, Clearview Advisory, and Atlanta Retirement Partners, totaling $9.3 billion in added assets under advisement and proving OneDigital’s accelerated growth within the financial services industry. As part of the FPA agreement, OneDigital Investment Advisors will assume responsibility for advising approximately $6 billion in assets held by over 200,000 American workers. Nine employees have joined OneDigital from FPA.

Founded in 2014, Fiduciary Plan Advisors is known for its excellence in service, team of experienced plan practitioners and full-service consulting on all employer-sponsored retirement plans.
